Blogging is kind of like writing in a journal right? Well, I've always been terrible at keeping a journal. I think I like the idea of journaling more than I actually like recording my thoughts on paper. I gave up on it years ago for a few reasons. One, I hate my handwriting. Ever since Mrs. Thornton corrected my cursive in the second grade. She told me my curly h's were ugly and that I had to write like just like the book. I think if she hadn't told me that, my cursive would have developed into really pretty and loopy script. Also, I love fun notebooks. Doesn't really seem like an issue? Well, every time I would begin journaling in one notebook, I would find one I like better and start journaling in it instead. I never really got past the introductory passage explaining who I was at the time. Now I have at least 15 pretty little notebooks filled with introductions. It's kind of cool to see how my own view of myself changes over the years but now I have an unnecessarily heavy box of notebooks with only a few pages filled in. A plus about blogging is you can look at my "profile" to get an introduction and I can just begin to record my thoughts right away. This may just work out. :)
